If my airsoft gas sniper shoots 650 fps with .20 gram bbs then what will be the fps with say .3 or .4 bbs?

I want to be legal in a 450 fps limit so I know I will have to use very heavy bbs. Possibly even .45 so can anyone tell me how much fps I would have with very heavy bbs.
