ual Harment and Retaliation?

I filed a complaint with EEOC for ual Harment & Retaliation against my former employer. They are offering mediation and I'm not sure what to ask for. I was being retaliated against for complaining about ual harment that was happening towards me while on the job, my employers allowed it to continue to the point that I had to quit my job out of fear. I worked for two places owned by the same employers and had to deal with the harment at both places and lost 2 jobs. EEOC has filed 2 charges each at each establishment for ual harment and retaliation on my behalf. When we go to mediation how much can I reasonably ask for. I was out of a job for 5months, unemployment found grounds and granted me unemployment under ual harment until I found another job.
