Manga with superhuman powers?

Do you know any mangas about mutant abilities, superhuman strenght or special abilities like X men, Alice Gakuen, +Anima, ect. With maybe a government experimentation, kidnapping or the gov trying to capture them so it would be more of a action/adventure. I do like romance also. So thanks alot!
