What does low blood pressure mean?

Ok, so im 15, about to turn 16 in a couple of weeks, and soon, im getting put to sleep to have fillings put in for my teeth because im way to petrified to have an injection.. ive told that one of the dangers is that i could stop breathing? Because i was born with Low Blood Pressure.. does this effect anything? should i get put to sleep? i know its in a stupid category but thats because im not getting any answers
