Whats a good music program to put songs together, and edit a little bit of the audio?

Well I'm a dj, and I have several songs I've made. But I need a FULL FREE VERSION program to put songs together. I want to come in in the exact moment, and sound good. It would be nice to be able to add some effects, thank you guys... ;D
