If you are arrested and held overnight, will you have to wear prison clothes?

It would be depend on what locale you were arrested in. But, I can't imagine a small or even medium sized township investing money (especially with the way the economy is) in prison garb for a motor vehicle offender ...Can you? This has got to be a joke posting..
