BoolProp doesnt work?

iv put in the cheat box boolprop testingcheatsenabeled true and it doesnt say error when i enter it put it doesnt do anything people say to right click a sim or the L + D Grave Stone but it doesnt appear and other people say hold shift and right click sim but that doest work eathier..... someone help
