Can I stop paying taxes?

It goes against what I believe in to help pay for abortions anywhere. If someone wants/needs an abortion, I think she should get a handout somewhere else if she cannot pay for it on her own. I feel like I am committing a huge sin by allowing my tax dollars to go toward abortion. Obama recently signed ANOTHER executive order allowing the Mexico City policy to be reinstated. In other words, my tax dollars will help pay for foreign abortions. I PROTEST!!!
