Completely freaking out and in need of help?

my boyfriend and i were having without a condom. i am on the birth contol yasmin. he didnt even close to before we finished. but could there still be a chance im pregnant?he has d inside of girls before who wernt on birth control and they didnt get pregnant.and i have a medical condition they may possibly cause infertility but im not sure.
