Does FSU Seminoles still have a chance to win the BCS championship this year?

I know Alabama just one the national championship but its Bobby Bowden's last year so wont they cut the team some slack? FSU had a very tough season this year so will they just forgive their losses and allow them to play? WHo picks the teams to play is it a vote?
