Does this Honda civic sound like a good deal?

It is a 94 Honda Civic with 179000 miles on it. It is very clean inside and has been well taken care of. It has very cold a/c and its engine is very clean. The owner said it has never been wrecked except for when someone backed into it while he was at the grocery store and they took off before he saw it. He is asking $2100 for it. I really like the care and how it sounds. I am just wondering if this sounds good to anyone else. There is just a little rust above the right rear tire. It is a 4 door 4 cyl. Any help anyone has would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
