Driving School Would I Have to take a course or just a cl So a point wont be taken off my license?

I got into a car accident 2 months ago and i got a ticket for it.I got caught up with a ticket...we paid a lawyer to handle the case. The prosecutor agreed to dismiss my ticket upon payment of court cost[no prblem]. But since im a "youth" 18 i must complete driving school..Is the driving school like a course/cl or a driving course? I have my license and i don't think i need to go to driving school.the lady hit me! I did not hit her. The other option is pay court cost and speak to a judge if i dont go to driving school..which is the best option?
