If the Healthcare Bill is enacted into law, what's next?

Once the healthcare bill is ped I believe he will move on to p more legislation to make the government more strict on its own people. One of the big ones I believe coming up is gun control; he will suggest that it will drop crime rate when it will do the total opposite. It's hard to tell what this man's motivations are but within the next year or so I think everyone will see what he actually has planned for this country and what he didn't mention in his campaign.
