Im 38 weeks pregnant how can i go into a early labor i cant take this anymore is to much pain !?

im 38weeks this pregnancy has been so much pain I can't walk or when im laying down I can't move I sweat a lot my baby kicks me and is very active idk wat im havin neither it neva lets u see. but this pain is so much I also have heavy discarge fluids I would walk but I can't at all.. any good advice please.
