IPod Touch help?!?

Yo sup yall, can anyone help me? I recently downloaded Transformers via uTorrent, and I was looking to convert it and sync it to my iPod touch. I used Videora iPod touch converter, then added it to my iTunes movie library, but it doesn't sync! It syncs all the other videos, it says it's in my library, but it just doesn't sync, even when I check it off to sync in the movies tab, its still a no go? PLZ CAN SUMONE HELP ME?
