Now that Don't Ask, Don't Tell has been repealed will the Military see a decline in enlistments?

It will probably have no effect at all. If 77% of the military doesn't care about it then I doubt it will affect the enlistment rate at all. It might even increase as more gays might apply. Some that were kicked out under DADT are asking to re-enlist already.
