O.K. lemme see,do i have this right on health-care?

in order to insure the un-insured,the gov't will require us to purchase health insurance...80% of ppl have insurance now...there are exemptions for the "poor" in the senate and house bills...so,the govt is forcing ppl who have insurance to buy a certain plan to pay for insurance for ppl who still will not have to buy insurance? besides taking more and more money from me in taxes, how is this different from what happens now???how is this reform?
