Trade help with matt forte please!?

i have matt forte, steve slaton, jamaal charles, tim hightower and donald brown for RBs. i have occho, roddy white, sydney rice and kevin walter for WRs. i got offered this trade: matt forte and sydney rice for marshawn lynch, knowshon moreno and jason witten. (i need a TE cause i had owen daniels but he is out) should i take this trade? thanks alot!!!
