Why does my itch?

I've had yeast infections before but this doesnt really feel like one. It itches in the hole, not all around it. I'ma little worried it might be an std but i dont know of any that have that symptom. Please help. it comes and goes randomly..but i a lot with a vibrator in case that may have something to do with it.
