On pogo,i keep getting a window that says,downlaod java.i already have it.?

i was playing a game earlier and then i went back a few hours later and now this problem.i already have java 6 update 11 downloaded and even after i download again,the same window," you need java to run this blah blah.....".ive removed and reinstalled to no avail.ive deleted caches and temp files and cookies.nothing.ive lowered firewall to medium and added pogo to allowed popups.nothing.im usually able to find answers here but am unable to this time.any master sensei's out there that can give me serenity now?
